Nothing you enter leaves this page. There is no account, no tracking and no server — the questions, the scoring and the report all run inside your browser, and everything is gone when you close the tab. That matters here: the honest answer to several of these questions is not one you would want stored anywhere.
This is the short form of an instrument used on live recoveries. Answer as the project is, not as it is reported — the questions are written so that the uncomfortable answer is available, because a diagnostic that only offers flattering options tells you nothing.
If none of the four options is exactly right, take the nearest. The index is not sensitive enough for one question to change the outcome, and it is not meant to be.
Nothing has been saved and nothing has been sent. Email it to yourself or to a colleague, print it, or save it as a PDF — all of it happens on your own machine, from your own email account. Label it first if you want the project name on it.
This short form asks twenty questions and places the project in a band. It is a diagnostic, not a product, and there is nothing to buy from it. Where the result is in the distressed or critical bands, the steps named against each finding above are the steps of the Independent Delivery Assurance cycle — the monthly test of a project’s own data by someone outside it, reporting to the sponsor.
The mobilisation review — fixed scope, fixed fee, no ongoing commitment: is the baseline programme a working model of the job or a picture of it, and at what confidence can the completion date be stated?
The monthly assurance cycle, only ever proposed as a consequence of what the review found: the programme compared against the last, progress verified against evidence on an unannounced sample, the forecast quantified, and what could not be evidenced reported as such.
If the result above is in the distressed or critical bands, the honest advice is not to commission anything yet. Establish the actual position first — the second finding above tells you how — because every other decision depends on it.
